I believe that God is the greatest artist and creator. We are created in his image and thus are creators as well. I am constantly aware of and moved by the beauty of all that surrounds us in this world. From the most mundane tree or grass blade, to the most magnificent mountain and prairie. It all lies before us waiting to be viewed and captured. It is my hope that my works reflect this credo of sorts and that they might help the viewer to appreciate and look at the world with a different vision. I am a self taught painter having studied fine art and commercial art in college.
